I’m beyond excited to have my friend and coaching client Jena Ocean on to chat about her spiritual journey.

I love Jena for her loving energy, her healing powers, and her ability to hold space for others. Jena is a yoga teacher and reiki healer, she offers space and intuitive healing but makes it spicy. Jena helps her clients balance their energetic and physical bodies, often through laughter, sometimes tears, and lots of clearing breaths. Coming from a background of deconstructed Christianity, Jena is deeply interested in spirituality and helping others to create rhythms and rituals that connect them to their deepest sense of self and trust.

Everyone deserves to experience deep healing in their lifetimes, and Jena holds space and energy for that process.
