Earlier this year State Auditor Dave Boliek made it a mission on his to audit and form a plan to help improve efficiency at the DMV. One of these suggest is that the DMV be separated form the DOT and become its own agency lead by a cabinet appointed secretary or commissioner. Tony Riggsbee talks with Dave Boliek about this plan.
