The General Assembly returns to Jones Street this afternoon with the session getting underway at noon in both the House and Senate. This as the North Carolina Senate Democratic Caucus announced its leadership positions for this season that includes the Caucus Chair, Wake County Senator Lisa Grafstein, who joins Chris Edwards to discuss all of this.
