Survivors of sexual abuse are left with many wounds and scars. Too many times their perpetrators go unpunished and the child grows into an adulthood filled with despair. Angelique Marie gained the strength as an adult to confront the abusers who terrorized her as a child. She did it at a family reunion. In spite of the abuse she suffered, Angelique was able to rise above and achieve her dreams of becoming a distinguished vocalist, actress, and producer.
