The wildly popular Euphoria of 2022 is actually an adaptation, based on an original Israeli series of the same name. In 2017, HBO announced they were developing an adaptation with original creator Ron Leshem and director Dafna Levin on board as executive producers, alongside Sam Levinson.

This adaptation is currently one of the most talked about series on television. It’s officially HBO’s second most watched show behind Game of Thrones. The series sure does know how to spark a conversation, but is it good though?
