Good morning. Wisconsin. I'm Aaron Jolly. Step outside and you'll feel it. That thick fog wrapping around everything like a damp blanket. We're sitting at 42 degrees statewide, but visibility is the real problem. Dense fog has settled in across most of Wisconsin. And it's sticking around until mid-morning. If you're heading out before 9 A.M., slow down and flip on those low beams. But here's the thing. That fog is just the warmup act. Rain moves in by daybreak, spreading northeast through the morning. This is no light drizzle. Most of the state will see a half inch to over an inch of rainfall by Saturday morning. Southeast Wisconsin hits 58 degrees today before rain arrives around 8 A.M.
