We're starting at 24 degrees under partly cloudy skies. That fog will burn off by mid-morning, setting us up for a genuinely pleasant day. South Central Wisconsin breaks into the mid-50s under mostly sunny skies. Southeast Wisconsin starts with the fog, then turns partly sunny with a high of 45 degrees.
