The Next Generation - Up The Long Ladder

The Next Gen crew must rehome drunken Irish space farmers, and stop themselves being cloned by a planet of elitists. Also, the farmers may need to teach the clones how to get drunk and make babies together, as repulsive as the idea apparently is. Laura and Geoffrey discuss at length the morals of forced cloning, and whether the planet of clones refuses to clone Geordie due to ablism.

Star Trek Voyager - Drive

Tom Parish and Bellanah enter a space race together, and have a very heterosexual relationship with each other, with Neelix the emotional voice of reason. Join Laura and Geoffrey as they dissect a Voyager episode on its surface about a space race, but ultimately about how married couples need to not secretly simmer their resentment for their partners.

The Next Generation - The Naked Now

Sorry for the brief black screen insertions before each episode clip appears, this episode was a nightmare in production and took some WORK to save haha. Anyway, everyone's high on space drugs, and a child is on a maniacal power trip. Can the crew survive?

Deep Space 9 - The Adversary

Double the Odo isn't necessarilly double the fun. There's a shapeshifter hiding on the ship, and we have a pretty fun time working out who it is, and who's a Bashir shaped red herring.

Deep Space 9 - To the Death

The Jem Hadar have attacked Deep Space 9, now our lovable heroes need to work alongside them to destroy a Stargate, while a snooty boss refuses to get in the thick of it with his crew. Gosh, yeah, I have to start admitting that Deep Space 9 is a pretty great Star Trek series, I guess.

The Next Generation - Disaster

Picard deputises small children into the military, while Worf tries to prevent childbirth by simply denying it permission to occur. All this while Data is a severed head, and Dr Crusher survives the vacuum of space. Laura and Geoffrey really quite enjoyed this very chaotic and unconventional episode of TNG. Come learn WHY!

Starfleet Academy - Series Aclimation Mill

A little overdue, Laura and Geoffrey sit down to discuss Starfleet Academy, and an episode that has a lot of mixed content. Our first review to go longer than an hour, we had a lot of conflicting thoughts about this episode's execution. That said, let's be clear, we both have a lot of love for Starfleet Academy as a whole.

In this episode Jadzia gets sold on motherhood by Quark, Nog aims toward his future, Jake gets told to write holo-smut, and Rom threatens to burn down the bar. It's a pretty fun time.
