Where Are We At?
por Aaron and MorganTemporada 1
In an unexpected turn of events, our previous episode turned out to be a part 1. Join us as we dig into Aaron's new journey and the history that lead to it. This episode we dive into some specifics of mental health and discuss our own diagnoses and what it is like living with them both as individuals and members of a partnership. These are our own experiences so feel free to compare and commiserate but please do not use this information to self-diagnose! Many people are working from home these days and that can bring it's own challenges. Join us as we talk about the mental load that can bring and what it looks like when one partner works from home and the other doesn't. As always, this is simply Where We Are At as a clinical social worker and a high school band director, but a little insight into how we are navigating that dynamic might help you put some perspective on your own. Artificial Intelligence
How is AI impacting the world around you? How do you hold the line for the sake of your own mental well being when things can seem dire? Are the consequences of breaking our own boundaries universally felt, or just something we make up in our own brains? We don't know, but we sure like to talk about it! Ever feel like you're drowning in the seemingly endless cesspool of horrendous current events? So do we! Join Aaron and Morgan as they attempt to unpack how to approach wading through all of the internal and external struggle that comes in the form of political anxiety in this modern age, while also trying to show up for those who are counting on them. Welcome to the first episode of Where Are We At! Aaron and Morgan just want to introduce themselves and talk a little bit about their background as individuals and a couple as they prepare to tackle all sorts of issues around mental health, society at large, social interactions, public education and much much more.
