So many people always tell me what they want or after when it comes to building or renovating rather then explaining the current problems they have. It's so important for your builder to understand your problems more than just size of your renovation, as if the builder understands your problem then they can help you in the best way possible and give you ideas and suggestions. You don't want to end up completing a renovation then it not solving all your problems and you ending up dissapointed with the end result.
