Good evening. West Virginia. I'm Aaron Jolly.
That steady rain overnight left the ground soaked and the creeks rising. We picked up about four-tenths of an inch in the last 24 hours. And we're not done yet. A Flood Warning is active until 8:30 this morning for central and northern counties. If you're around Clarksburg. Weston, or Spencer, watch for standing water on the roads. A Flood Watch continues through 1 P.M. For much of the rest of the state.
In the next 24 hours. Dense fog has settled into those river valleys this morning. Visibility could drop to a quarter mile or less in spots. Take it slow on your commute.
