Winter just hit the snooze button and rolled back over. Half an inch of snow fell overnight. And it's still coming down. But this morning's flurries? Just the warm-up act. A beast of a storm is carving through the state today, bringing snow, wind. And a temperature crash that'll make you regret every clothing choice you've ever made.
Down in Southern West Virginia, you're in the thick of it. Beckley, Bluefield, Lewisburg — you're looking at another one to two inches today. Winds gusting to 17 miles an hour. By tonight, temperatures plunge to 15 degrees. That feels like 15 degrees when the wind gets involved. The kind of cold that bites.
