She is now a teacher herself in further education and a mother to two children. Anna shares with us the ups and downs she has experienced. A truly inspiring story.

Episode 4 - With Guest Jess Warner

In this episode we welcome the lovely Jess (aka as theonlygirlinthehouse on insta!) to talk all about parenting a Neurodivergent teenage boy! Jess' eldest son Hugo was diagnosed just a year ago and Jess shares the journey that they have been on/are still navigating! An incredibly relatable story which brings honesty and hope.

Episode 3 - with Guest Joe Plumb

Join Claire as she speak to Mental Health Advocate Joe Plumb about his incredible and inspiring journey. Diagnosed as Autistic at the age of 6 Joe was subjected to horrific bullying which saw him being admitted to a psychiatric unit for 3 years due to suicide attempts. But this did not stop Joe from launching the "Speak Up, Speak Out" campaign at the age of just 13years old - a campaign which went global. Joe is inspiring and this is not a podcast to miss!

Mark wasn't diagnosed as Autistic until his late 30's and in this episode Claire and Mark chat about the journey to diagnosis as well as the reflection that has taken place since.
