Not bad for late February. You'll want that light jacket this morning, but leave the heavy coat at home. Clouds thicken as the day goes on. By mid-afternoon, rain starts sneaking in from the west. The mountains see it first — showers arrive around 2 P.M. in Roanoke and Blacksburg. Richmond and Tidewater, you're dry until evening. Expect rain to roll in after 6 P.M.
