VBH is a non-profit organization that connects veterans and their families, in any state of transition, to the community, and has a unique program that pairs veterans receiving services through them with a “buddy.” The buddies are veterans who have received basic mental health training that can be there for their friends and are equipped to know the difference between a bad day and a situation that requires more professional help.
