Southern Vermont could see a quick window of freezing rain between 9 degrees and 4. A.M., but it will flip to plain rain fast as temps climb into the mid 30s. The Northeast Kingdom gets in on the rain by 5 A.M, while the Champlain Valley bottoms out around a mild 32 degrees.
