Southern Vermont, you're in for a wild ride. Rain starts after noon, then things get complicated. Between 7 P.M. and 1 A.M., that rain flips to sleet and freezing rain before finally settling into snow overnight. You're looking at 1 to 2 inches by Friday morning.
