Want to talk tonight about mental health awareness especially in the males. Society today thanks that it's not okay for man to have feelings or to express those feelings or to have any sense of emotion that's considered weak. Well today we are going to talk about it cuz it's not fair everybody is equally entitled to feelings and emotions.
