Nicholas, aka Nami Man, is the Associate Executive Director for Bucks County's National Alliance on Mental Illness. He is also the President of the Department of Mental Health and Developmental Programs in Bucks County.

Episode 7 Featuring Dr. Douglas Engelman
Dr. Douglas Engelman is the President of NAMI Wilmington in North Carolina. In addition to that, he is also on faculty at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He is a Medical Sociologist, with a concentration in mental health/mental illness. His research is focused on improving the lived experience of individuals who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness, also addressing the challenges experienced by family members. He is also the host of his own podcast called "Who Isn't F****** Crazy" in which he discusses stories of mental health. Please enjoy!
Episode 6 Featuring Abbey's Bakery
In this episode, Brandon has a conversation with Michelle Wolf and Andrea Ferrino of Abbey's Bakery. Michelle and Andrea were the mother and aunt of Abbey Wolf, who silently fought a battle with depression and anxiety and sadly died by suicide at the age of 14 in 2020. They created Abbey's Bakery as a way to promote mental health and suicide prevention and provide resources to those who may be suffering.
