Notas del episodio
In this episode, we transition into the third movement of our year-long journey: The Polemicists. While the Apologists were busy defending the faith against emperors and philosophers, the Polemicists were fighting a battle much closer to home—defending the Church from internal distortion. This isn't a "golden age" of polite agreement; it is a season of high-stakes conflict where the central identity of Christianity was forged. We’ll be encountering the massive questions that still define our faith: Is the Son truly eternal God? Does salvation start with human effort or divine grace? How do we tell the difference between healthy growth and dangerous novelty? As we watch the Church move from being defended to being protected, we’ll see that the doctrines we hold dear today weren’t just handed down—they were fought for.
