Another shadowy network. Another whisper of nefarious forces moving pieces across borders like a bad spy novel. Iran, they said, had tried to have Israel’s ambassador in Mexico assassinated. Bold claim. Presented like settled fact. Then Mexico walked in, told them to stop being so wet, and rubbished the claim completely. No reports whatsoever, they said. No investigation. No alert.
