As an Implementer, I’ve earned a reputation for being:

Operations-minded: My clients benefit hugely from my background in operations, including project management, lean, and process design.

Team-focused: I champion the entire Leadership Team, because I believe that the best way to get owners what they want from their businesses is to elevate their leaders, not just focus on the owner’s desires.

In the trenches: I tell my clients that they will never remember everything I say or teach them, so they should always feel comfortable reaching out for help, knowing that I will never reprimand them for not retaining 100% of the content.
