I began my career on the fast track at a company with annual revenue of $20B. I learned from some of the brightest, but after swimming through bureaucracy, I transitioned to a smaller firm and learned that I love the pace and personal touch of entrepreneurial organizations.
Eventually, I was running a 75-person company. Upon joining I learned:
-Our profits were declining
-We had no consistent processes
-There was a fractured relationship between the Leadership Team and Advisory Board
