10 years ago, my wife and I started The Life Coach School to train and certify life coaches. As Life Coaching became more mainstream and more profitable, our business took off. Long term, we wanted to eventually step out of the business but didn’t have a vision, any structure, or documented processes.

At that time, we were running a multi-million dollar business by trial and error.
