You first must deliver a message “Are you going to apply pressure, or are you going to succumb to the pressure being applied by your opponents?” Some of you listening may not be on a team per say, but your opponent could be on the job, family issues, health issues, or all the above, but you must ask yourself “How well is my ability to solve the problem that arise in my life?”
