In this episode of the Marketing for Good podcast, we spoke to geriatric physiotherapist, researcher and entrepreneur Dr Rik Dawson about reducing the risk of falls among older people.
Rik created TopUp, an evidence-based online exercise program developed through research led by the Institute for Musculoskeletal Health, to help older people maintain strength, balance and independence. Rik shared the reason why he launched the program and the value of co-design when implementing the program. Together, we explored:
