Chief Training Officer of The World Class Training Institute and Curator of The Leaders Lounge, Dawn Marie Morris, stops by Gospel 790 AM-Nashville for her monthly visit with Dr. Cornelius Hill of the Yolanda and Cornelius Show.

This month, they take a moment to celebrate a few women leaders, some of whom have been challenged in recent weeks, but have shown resilience in the face of difficulty. Leading can be difficult and decisions can be made that, in retrospect, are not the best for the team, and, in some cases, the career of the leader. Nevertheless, the ladder that was climbed to reach certain statuses of prominence should not be undervalued and, in this episode, we celebrate just that.
