So it just proves that once you believe in yourself, and you put your mind to something, you can do it. “ said Simone Biles. In this chapter, Ella shares her most sincere approach to a subject that has always been inspiring to her: Dreaming big. In philosophy, the phenomenon of dreaming is used as key evidence for the sceptical hypothesis that everything we currently believe to be true could be false and generated by a dream. Descartes holds the common-sense view that dreams, which regularly occur in all people, are a sequence of experiences often similar to those we have in waking life (this has come to be labelled as the “received view” of dreaming). "A dream makes it feel as though the dreamer is carrying out actions in waking life, for during a dream we do not realize that it is a dream we are experiencing." In the Book: “ Infinite possibilities: The Art of Living “ Mike Dooley, explains that " our big dreams are not accidental or inconsequential, but rather serve as invitations to understand the truths about ourselves, hinting at the lives we can create. Your dreams are not yours by accident. You have them for a reason, many reasons, not the least of which is to make them come true. With understanding, you’ll find that nothing could be easier than the way things have always been. " In psychology, dreams are stories and images that our minds create while we sleep. They can be entertaining, fun, romantic, disturbing, frightening, and sometimes bizarre. In this sixth episode, Ella mainly talks about the essential factors needed to believe that our dreams are achievable, and the fundamental principles required to reach this mindset.

In Philosophy, self-esteem is a self-evaluation of competency ratios and opinions of significant others that results in either a positive or negative evaluation of one's worthiness and inclusionary status. In the Book: " The Complete Essays”, Michel de Montaigne tells us that "the greatest thing in the world is to know how to belong to oneself." In Psychology, self-esteem is defined as "how we value and perceive ourselves. It's based on our opinions and beliefs about ourselves, which can feel challenging to change. We might also think of this as " self-confidence". Your self-esteem can affect whether you: Like and value yourself." In this fifth episode, Ella mainly talks about why it is so important to deeply love and value the person you are.

In Philosophy, authenticity is the degree to which a person's actions are congruent with his or her values and desires, despite external pressures to social conformity. In the Book " Authentic: How to Be Yourself and Why It Matters. " the author Stephen Joseph explores the psychology of authenticity. He encourages his readers to drop the defences created during childhood and learn how to experience being valued, understood, and accepted. Joseph explains how to change our approach to ourselves, our relationships, and the difference it makes to our lives. He uses a series of practical exercises that help the reader feel more understood, accepted, and valued. While such changes are not easily made, they can transform our moment-by-moment existence along with the goals we set out to achieve. In Positive Psychology: a complex psychological variable and relatively constant personality characterisation. This expresses the degree of a person's self-identity and, at the same time, it shows how much is his behaviour towards his surroundings connected with his self-concept. In this fourth episode, Ella mainly talks about the benefits of being authentic and why it is vital to live in harmony with both who we are and the universe itself.

In Philosophy, gratitude is the proper or called-for response in a beneficiary to benefits or beneficence from a benefactor. It is a topic of interest in normative ethics, applied ethics, moral psychology, and political philosophy. In the Book “A Short Guide To A Happy Life”, the Author, Anna Quindlen, doesn’t want us to survive but to thrive. She shows readers how important it is to not take our lives for granted but to live each day like they were our last. Quindlen believes that we should strive to accomplish great things in our lives but, even more importantly, to appreciate the small ones. In Positive Psychology, gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness.” Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships. " In this third episode, Ella mainly talks about the benefits of being grateful in order to appreciate the minor things in life.

In this Chapter, Ella shares her most sincere approach to a subject that has always seemed well-spoken to her: Confidence. In Philosophy, confidence is an outcome and informer of an individual's motivating activity, inactivity or avoidance of specific actions. More easily understood if approached as a function of the human mind. Socrates believed that confidence was the ultimate truth in a statement that cannot be disproved. And, through this method, one could form well-thought-out and strong thoughts. And that we no longer needed to follow the crowd or have no answer when we are asked about our beliefs. In Psychology: a person's belief that a chosen course of action is the right choice and that they can adequately perform that action, which describes the attitudes and beliefs people hold regarding their abilities and strengths. In this second episode, Ella mainly talks about what represents a confident person, and the opposite attributes of this state of mind.
