Coming up on today's show I caught up with Bag of Tricks Cat. He is one of many talented artists in his family and is inspired by his grandmother, Ann Bennett, a jazz singer who performed the original theme for the cartoon "Felix the Cat". She even taught him to read and provided guidance on performing and navigating the music industry.

Active in hip-hop since 2012, Bag of Tricks Cat made his proper debut two years later with "The Cat That Never Came Down", an EP he promoted in the U.K. by touring with Philadelphia's own and guest of the podcast Mega Ran.
