The Elizabeth Speaks Podcast!

Temporada 2
Hello My Followers!
I’ll be honest, I’ve been gone for a while, since late 2025. In this episode of my mom and I just talk about what I’ve been doing (like my vacation in Disney World) and some of the fun ideas we’re having for my podcast in my YouTube channel. It’s only eight minutes. Hope you enjoy it.
Temporada 1
My daily routine
My mom and I wanted to record this one because we think it’s important that a schedule and a daily routine helps relieve anxiety and stress for the NeuroDiverse adult. Especially those who have a job. I talk a little bit about my schedule and how I make sure I take care of the important things every day, like walking the dogs, having enough time to get ready for work, and a little bit about my evening schedule. Hope you enjoy this! This episode was brought to you by evolve up life coaching services www.evolveuplifecoaching.com
My very first “Ask Me Anything” episode!
Explícito
My mom was determined to get this to work tonight. We tried lots of ways to get the recording to work, we finally got it! So here you are, my very first “ask me anything”. Because I don’t have enough followers to ask me stuff, my mom used AI tools and created some questions and asked me stuff. It was a lot of fun actually. I hope you like it and if you like it a lot I will do more. Send me questions you would like to hear my answers to!
How do I handle disappointment?
In this episode, my mom and I talk about a recent disappointment that I had, when I was hoping for good news, and I did not receive it. We talk a little bit about how I navigated through my emotions and what I did too feel better. I hope this is helpful to all of you. Check out my YouTube page! @The Elizabeth Speaks Channel!
