COVID-19 has forced people into isolation. Lack of contact with the outside world has a detrimental effect on mental health. This episode I sat with Shane Martin, a volunteer at the National Suicide Hotline, to discuss signs someone wants to commit suicide. Symptoms of depression was also discussed.
