Great to be joined by Wildwind Sailing beach manager and founder of Total Joyrider, Mr Joe Bennett! Having knows Joe for many years, it was great to actually sit down with him and have a proper chat about his sailing career, getting into seasons and creating a lifestyle for himself and his family that allow them to enjoy the things they love. We discussed his early career getting into the season life, to his current position being in charge of a whole team of instructors, as well as all the guests. We chatted about his process when managing people, a skill that unfortunately, many in those positions sorely lack.
