Luis is a friend from another life, Vanity is friend from Saturday. It was a little unorthodox how we did this episode but I think we made it happen. We talk about almost everything and I like how they introduced things that I had never heard so that I can demonstrate how to here something interesting but not take it as factual or even worse repeat it until you do your own homework. It was good to catch up with a friend and the result is a good calm conversation. Enjoy.
Alex "Ander" Velasquez has a lot of insight in topics about todays culture. He is also a human memorization machine so I would wage he knows more about sports, music and movies than anyone I know. Our conversations are always my favorite and I had a blast sitting down with him. Also, ignore the odd silences because he was using Army hand signals to reassure me of our time and I only know the Air Force signals. Enjoy!
I invited Isabelle on to the show because I thought she had found success in a nutrition and exercise regimen of her own fruition, it wasn't until later I realized that she had started business along side the most know dietary supplement company in our area. I have my thoughts about this company and didn't want to completely shoot down her endeavor so I chose to be open and the result is an amazing conversation with a fellow human on their journey through nutrition and exercise. Ricardo has lots of ideas and passionate views on how things are rolling out in our current time in the world, his passion leads him to be super expressive with his hands so don't mind the random thuds. A really good conversation with some opposing views but keeping in mind that we are going to find that in life and still respecting one another. Enjoy.
As some might tell this is my little sister but the conversation was anything but little. She has a huge heart and an unbelievable drive to better herself and find happiness. I am proud to have been able to talk to her and also about all she has accomplished. Enjoy.
