Vacations are a fantastic and potentially stressing time. Not only do you sometimes spend too much money but you wind up needing a vacation after the vacation. I'm a firm believer that we need to spend more time taking care of ourselves and the benefits of vacation time can often be overlooked by unintended pressures.
