Elk Grove Pursuit Turns Fatal, Sacramento Celebrates Women of Impact

• Elk Grove arson investigation: Police say a suspected arsonist died from a self-inflicted injury following a pursuit Saturday evening. An officer fired after the suspect allegedly aimed what was later identified as a pellet gun at a police helicopter. Police say the suspect was not struck by gunfire. The investigation continues.
