We talk about why he thinks FDAC has the successful outcomes for families that, it does; with striking similarities to the social work values we hold important including those at ParentAssess; use of simple language, keeping things simple and helping parents to understand and to trust before change can happen and keeping children’s experiences central including their relationship with their parents.
