1. Begin your morning calmly
Play the music quietly for 10–15 minutes after waking.
Sit comfortably, place one hand on your heart and one on your abdomen, and breathe slowly:
- Inhale for 4 counts
- Exhale for 6 counts
- Repeat for 5–10 minutes
