Good morning. Maine. I'm DJ Huzz. If you stepped outside this morning, you felt winter's last stand. Snow's been falling overnight, coating roads from Portland through the foothills. We've picked up 2 to 4 inches, with the heaviest wrapping up by mid-morning. That commute? Take it slow. Here's the temperature story. We're stuck in a cold trap today. Portland tops out at 35 degrees. Augusta hits 33. Bangor reaches 35. The coast sits at 33. Western Mountains struggle to 30. Up in The County? You'll be lucky to see 29. That's 12 degrees below normal for early March — spring's knocking, but winter's not answering. Tonight brings the tricky part. Freezing drizzle develops across central and northern Maine.
