A nor'easter is barreling toward us tonight. Right now you're sitting at 27 degrees under clear skies. Peaceful. Almost suspiciously peaceful. Because by 11 tonight, snow starts falling. By 9 tomorrow morning, Portland could see near whiteout conditions. We're talking 6 to 10 inches in Portland, 9 to 13 in Augusta. And the bullseye lands Downeast with 10 to 14 inches. Winds gusting to 25 miles an hour by 8 A.M. Make this a genuine blizzard. Travel tomorrow? Forget it. I-95 south of Portland will be a nightmare. Visibility drops under a quarter mile at times. York County, you've got a Coastal Flood Watch. Waves of 15 to 20 feet and a 3 foot storm surge hitting at high tide around 2 ...
