In this episode of The Impact Connection, Impact 4 Good sits down with Jade Tabb, Community Engagement Manager at Boys & Girls Club of Metro Richmond, to learn how the organization is helping middle and high school students and young adults become life- and career-ready. With programming shaped by youth voice, the Club creates exploratory opportunities for young people to build skills, explore their interests, and gain experience that prepares them for what comes next.

Impact 4 Good is proud to partner with Boys & Girls Club of Metro Richmond through hands-on give back experiences that provide new opportunities for youth to learn, create, and explore. Through our Drone Zone and Go Green Racing experiences, corporate teams assemble and donate educational kits, including drones and solar-powered car builds, that the Club can incorporate into its programming. These tangible donations give young people the chance to try something new while helping the Club create the hands-on experiences that keep youth excited and engaged.

Tune in to hear how the Club is evolving to meet the needs of the young people it serves, why hands-on learning and youth voice are important to its approach, and Jade’s perspective as a former Club member who is now helping create opportunities for the next generation.
