You can always register your Ejari yourself through the Dubai REST app or a trustee centre. The official app fee is AED 177.50. Our service fee is AED 299 + VAT. RERA issues every Ejari certificate. We prepare, review, and submit your file, but we cannot guarantee approval or processing times.
