You can register your own Ejari through the Dubai REST app or at a Trustee Centre. The official government fee on the app is AED 177.50. Our service fee is AED 299 plus VAT.

The Ejari certificate is always issued by RERA. We prepare, review and submit your application, then follow it through the process. We do not issue the certificate and cannot guarantee approval or processing times.
