In the world of on-line "experts" there's a lot of discourse over just about everything including HOW to count! Time signatures in music is one of them. There are many ways to view how time and rhythm are counted. Is there a difference between 4/4 and 12/8? Or is it simply a preferred way of writing out triplets? Isn't still 4 groupings of 3?
