In this episode we welcome Kip Morales as we discuss the overarching question "How do intentional efforts to build relationships and community within the classroom and school contribute to a positive and effective learning environment?" Kip is a teacher based out of Los Angeles, CA with a wide range of educational experiences having taught English Language Arts, Martial Arts, and more across prisons, in Japan, to Indigenous peoples, and inner city schools. He has impacted many students lives in a variety of ways and now shares his knowledge with us.
