CGC explains the squarish concentric rings of WR140

The Taurus Report por Joe Bakhos

Notas del episodio

According to the standard model of gravity, the ejected dust from the Wolf-Rayet star 140 should be a sort of warped spiral. Standard gravity can not explain why it is arranged in very discrete rings, nor why these rings have a squarish shape to them. CGC can explain all aspects of this. Included in today’s episode are instructions showing how anyone can run their own gravity simulations. One such simulation using a CGC-type force law produces objects that revolve around a central star in discrete square rings.
