Sarita reflects on the last 10+ years of advice to friends, family, and others, and how this open door to the "Doctors Office" never really was a truly reciprocal relationship. As I have told her for years now, "Sarita! Stop giving the milk away for free!"

Sarita explains why her role in almost all of the companies she worked with and for entailed a high level of interfacing with all members of the organization whether that be employees, executives, children, outside professionals, vendors, guests, diplomats....and her office was the first stop and often the place where people were able to relax, share and get advice.
