A year of podcasting. A year of showing up, learning, growing, overthinking, doubting, creating, and most importantly — doing it anyway. In this episode, I reflect on what this past year has taught me and the biggest lesson I continue to come back to: just start. So much time can be spent worrying about what could go wrong, what people might think, or whether you’re “ready” enough, but none of that compares to what can happen when you simply decide to go for it.

This episode is also about gratitude. Feeling incredibly blessed to have the opportunity to create something that feels so meaningful, different, and true to me. Podcasting has pushed me outside of my comfort zone in the best way, and it has reminded me how important it is to pursue the things that are placed on your heart.
