My guest today is Jeff Auger. Jeff is the director of Business Growth and Acquisitions for Atlantic Aqua Farms – one of North Americas largest growers, processor and distributor of high-quality shellfish. I wanted to know what Jeff, who is based in Maine – and focused primarily on oyster farming - thought about aquaculture practices that are currently in use.
