Dr Lloyd Matowe left his job at the Global Fund when he realised that his services were needed in his continent. He founded Pharmaceutical Systems Africa (PSA) whose mission is to work with developing countries to build sustainable capacity in pharmaceutical supply system management. His main message from the interview was "build capacity in Africa so that Africans can solve their own problems"
