Temporada 1
Once a challenge, today a skill
The first work experience of our colleagues Ahmed and Avda began on the MySaloon mobile application. 📱 They reveal how great a path it was for them, where they gained knowledge from scratch. They were prepared for the lack of technical knowledge, but the processes surprised them more. 🤯 Initially, some challenges may appear scary, but over time, they become manageable tasks that they confidently conquer. 💪 With a lot of laughter, they recall the moments, including the stressful ones, that marked the entire journey of creating the Saloon application. 😄🚀📝 Website: https://podcast.sunray.dev/
Victory against demotivating mindset
Our first product is finally ready! We made some changes until the last moment and we're running low on energy. However, our strong connection with the product is driving us forward. We remember the stressful moment when we realized that our thoughts determine what we can and cannot do. We overcame the demotivating mindset that was holding us back. It took us 15 months of hard work, from the initial idea to the final product. We invested a lot of effort and the result is invaluable knowledge gained in technical and soft skills and a detailed product.
The market is the real owner of the product
Avdo, Ahmed, and Rijad talk in the fourth episode of the StartUp podcast. If planning fails, everything fails. We talk about all those moments that taught us a lot and about which we teach others today. How much did the pre-launch and launch event contribute to the improvement of the product? Although you are the owner of the product, it does not belong only to you, but to the market. That’s why entering the market before that moment officially arrives brings benefits. This is exactly what our colleagues are talking about. Website: https://podcast.sunray.dev/
Better orgnization, higher motivation
🎙In the second episode of the Startup podcast, we talk to the creators of Saloon, the first product of the Sunray company. Sandi, Rejhan, and Fahrudin emphasize all the important steps in realizing an idea, but they do not skip that first key moment, which is the adoption of an idea that deserves to be realized. 💡 They reveal everything that needs to be considered when developing a startup and what challenges it is possible to encounter. 🚀 Here we also talked about some innovative approaches to work that helped establish an excellent work-life balance at key moments for product development and resulted in great outcomes.
